| Summary: | 碩士 === 東吳大學 === 社會工作學系 === 96 === I came from the area of sociology, carrying the image and expect for social work.But iexperienced the loss of expect from speciallism of social work、socialization and practice,andasking for¡what is the social work practice for？¡ This discourse is writing to self narrative,and using the way of ego-Ethnography, assuming the discourse of sociology of critical、poststructuralism、postmodernism, for understanding the culture-structure of social work.In the evening process of the writing, I advance the action of subjective interlocution,permeating this interlocution treak constantly to keep the distance of reflexion. I could let thismisunderstanding for social work practice go gradually: instead of social work do not the hands of sociology, I absorb the subjective practice of social work.
The discourse have three study purpose：（一）For the text of self narrative,I cast the stories of my social work act、front seeing, and to build the meaning of mine in interpretation.（二）Analysing the text of narrative in the discourse of critical theroy、poststructuralism and postmodernism, building the apprehension of the ¡ difference¡、¡marginal¡ helper position in the social work.（三）In accordance with my understanding course of culture- structure
appreance in social work, I begin to action and reflexion subjectivelly.
Finally,my understanding of helper position is：For ¡ spirituality/metaphor¡and ¡sociology¡ social work approach to be the way of ¡disembarrass¡ in the practice of social work.Bluilding more differen discourse on communal space in dialogue, and help the need of the marginal person to get support from structure,moreover, walking the better being
way out.My being is ¡ sword and lotus¡ ---heading on the critical ¡anti¡ and truly emotion on the social work away raod.This is my being, also an afresh know after becoming aware of ¡ social work of me¡.
