Description
Summary:碩士 === 東吳大學 === 企業管理學系 === 96 === Due to more and more micro-enterprises in Taiwan, this situation generates much demand of logistical services. Hence, this study advocates the logistical services of micro-enterprises choosing Taiwan Railway as a primary logistical center. By using common warehouse and distribution can decrease the logistical cost derived from micro-enterprises operating e-commerce, and Taiwan Railways can operate its resources more effectively. Hence, this study provides simulation method develops a total solution to fulfill the logistical demand derived form micro-enterprises presented by using simulation models and figures. Due to many important resources including free depot capacity at major junctures or central business districts, complete optical fiber intranet around Taiwan Island, sufficient human resource, and seamless transportation, this study chooses Taiwan Railway to develop logistical services of micro-enterprises, and combines both Taiwan Railway and logistics services providers to integrate a complete distributional process. The service include two sections including electronic commerce website and logistic with collecting and distributing commodities. Hence, micro-enterprises can focus on their core competent. This study chooses Flexsim which is simulation software as its analytical tool to build a station model illustrating how it operates. On the other hand, this study chooses area of warehouse, states of equipment, traffic condition, and locations as conditions choosing transportation station. These stations including Taipei, Hsinchu, Taichung, Chayi, Tainan, Kaohsiung, Yilan, Hualien, and Taitung are suitable locations for us to build basic model. There are four models developed by using different logistical modes in this study to explain how the logistical services work. Empirical results show that the model 3 and model 4 can efficiently solve the difficulty derived from developing the services. Consequently, this study finds the feasible logistical services to meet the demand of micro-enterprises and provides a reference for someone having a pleasure to engage in logistical services of micro-enterprises.
