This study reviews closed-loop supply chain of case study company by SCOR model. It focuses the role, challenges and management level of reverse logistics of closed-loop supply chain. Otherwise, it reviews the performance and related data, and sets up the development strategy of the case study company of closed-loop supply chain. To review case study company by methodologies of Blumberg(2003)、Cooper(1998) and SCOR model, case study company uses less performance indexes when comparing to its competitive company. Otherwise, case study company may involve more for the reliability, responsibility, flexibility and cost of supply chain. To review the mature of supply chain process, case study company has achieved the internal integration stage, and forwarded the next stage, the external integration. By using SCOR model to review the enterprise, it can apply to analyze and manage the supply chain performance of various industries. SCOR model is an excellent tool for future management of closed-loop supply chain to find out the opportunities to improve the competitiveness with others.
