Summary: | 碩士 === 實踐大學 === 企業創新與創業管理研究所 === 96 === This study adapted quasi-experiment method to the youth of 56 incumbencies with “creativity training”project trying to explore the influence about the “creative thinking ability” and the “learning reaction” to the member who participated in the training project of the “creativity study camp”. Practical and theoretical suggestions to creativity training are made and provided with the discovery of this research.
The researcher adapted the teaching strategy of “intelligence surging” creativity training which suitable for incumbencies, designing six units of training project of the “creativity study camp”, proceeding 18 hours within 2 days of training teaching. Utilized methods including “creativity study camp” training project, “new edited creative and think test” (language and sketch), “the Torrance’s test of creative thinking” (B model of language), “the Torrance’s sketch test of creative thinking” (A model), and “the inquisition form of creativity training and studying camp” about opinion and after the event.
The main findings of this research are as follows:
The training project of creativity promoted and advanced the expressions of language and sketch abilities about reaction, creation and subtlety to the incumbencies. However, part of the team didn’t accomplish obvious effection about their sketch abilities of fluency and reaction. Most members, who took part in, not only agreed but also affirmed this training and study camp. The result of this research shows: Creativity training can be developed and it’s worthy to promote and expand.
