Even the Re.D.C’s (Distribution Center Built by Retailer) which has fix customers try aggressively to consider how to lower costs, promote efficiency, provide different service and extend income sources as well.〝Innovative Service〞 is one of the thinking directions by distribution center. This research process the insight study of the model company of distribution centers and discover the effect of the innovative service to the distribution efficiency by case interviewing. The outcome of the research is the innovative service indeed causes positive effect to the distribution efficiency of the distribution center. After analyzing and comparing three cases, this research categorizes the innovative service of distribution center into five issues. 1. Both value activity and innovative service have to consider in the view of customers, so as to promote customers’ value. 2. Market-oriented innovative service can promote the company’s performance and increase the operation income. 3. It is necessary to input abundant company’s resources when distribution center adopt innovative service. 4. The cooperation relationship among distribution centers is contributed to adopting the innovative service. 5. Innovative service influences distribution efficiency positively. This research concludes five conclusions as followed. 1. Whether providing service model of customer value is accord with the cord value of distribution center should be considered when adopting innovative service. 2. Distribution center processing the pre-respond market-oriented way of innovative service can intensify the confidence and rely-on degree of customers. 3. Operation team is the most important resource in the distribution center. 4. Intensified linkage between distribution center and cooperation partners is contributed to pushing innovative service. 5.
