The constant progress of information technology makes the management information system extends to the fields of human resources. Due to the growth of information technology, the human resources information system are matured gradually with the assistance of the information system, the specialists in the human resource field increasing the efficiency of administrations and breaking the traditional hedge to bring new opportunities to enterprises. Objectives: 1. Discovering the role changes of the human resources account officer. 2. Analysis and find what is the difference requirements of the information system between the human resources account officer and common human resource employee. 3. Explore the future of the task supporting information system for human resource account officer. Methodology: This research is an approach to explore the requirements of the task of supporting information system for human resource account officer through documents analysis and the questionnaire investigation method. Findings: 1. The role and working content of human resource account officer has changed from top-down style to bottom-up. The traditional human resource department is changed by the trend of management methodology and the progresses of Information technology. 2. Human resources account officers need more work experiences. 3. The integration information system is needed by human resources account officers. 4. The globalize human resources account officers will stand in the forefront of the enterprise group to increasing the tactics benefits of the recruit and remain employee in the front-line. 5. The success of information system for human resource account officers depends on the cross-level authorization and the information sharing between departments. 6.
