As a result, the number of effective questionaires is 591, and the effecitve returns-ratio is 89.55%. All the data from the survey are analyzed using the Chinese version 12.0 of SPSS for Windows and processed through the satistical methods including the t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. Based on the analysis results, the conclusions are thus presented. The conclusions of this sutdy are as follows: 1.The user satisfaction of using the judicial system is positively and significantly correlated with system quality, information quality and service quality. 2.There was no significant difference in the degree of satisfactin in using the judicial system, among the users with job functions and education, but there was a significant difference among the users with different background in sex, age and the years of service. 3.The user satisfaction of high court and district court users felt greater than those of general users about using the judicial system under this study.
