The researcher uses the semi structured interview to collect data. The participants are five married female elementary school teachers who live two-place marital lives in different stages of their marriage. The researcher transcribes the interview and analyzes the data by using the topic-based analysis of discourse. The results are categorized into five issues that the participants are concerned about. The first issue, “We are couples in two places”, indicates how married female elementary school teachers adapt themselves and the way they get along with their husbands in the separation from their husbands owing to their job. The second issue, “The invisible mental pressure”, points out the tremendous mental pressure the participants have in the situation. The third issue, “I want to grow up with my children”, presents the participants have much more pressure of having their own career and being a mother at the same time than those who are not away from their husbands. The fourth issue, “The load and share of housework”, suggests the heavy load and the difficulties in sharing the housework with their husbands in the situation. The last issue, “What we are looking forward to”, expresses the participants’ expectation and helplessness in the situation. The researcher, according to the research results, provides some suggestions for married female elementary school teachers who is away from their families owing to the job and for the future research.
