Summary:碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 青少年兒童福利研究所 === 96 === This study is based on the concept of materialization researches, and takes as the drama expresses the activity program in Taipei west area youth service center for the example, we use the way of interview adolescence, inspection document and also use discover and induction of logical guidance to discussed what is the empowering processes of social welfare service program to those adolescence who is under the high-risk. We wishes to understand that what is the significance of the service plan to adolescence? What is the composed of the adolescence empower? What is the result after the transformation in the empowering processes? And what is the main reason to urge the adolescence empower? We will provide the result of research to be a suggestion to those who work in adolescence practice social work. By the findings discovered the entire program from just started to kill the time bored to the later period study, the change, the growth, speaking of the adolescence, likely was a key has opened the empowering process gate for them. Reorganizes seven to study participant''s empowering process, may divide into four stages approximately: First is contacts the central service to start with the worker to develop the faith relations establishment relations time. After second is enters the program, seeks the security sense and the trust relations exploration time in the association, this time the adolescence also starts to accept the empower place to meet. Third is the program progresses the biggest turning point, in same time adolescence''s faced with individual profession in transformation, therefore the adolescence usually has the remarkable change in this stage. The fourth piece was the production and the period of expansion, here production is refers to the adolescence to have the change, the development is refers to the adolescence to pursue or to find the life goal. However in this process, the social workers and adolescence''s relations has the very big influence, the workers use specialized relational the principle, and acts each kind of role under the different situation, causes the adolescence to be willing to participate in the program and coordination continually, also obtains the empower under each kind of role assistance. Next, the group treats the factor in the process the function which place meets with the workers have complements one another, besides increases the adolescence regarding group''s centripetal force and the cohesive force, the group members have simultaneously helped each other empower. Finally, based on the study, we provide some separately suggestions to social work of empower viewpoint adolescence, content of drama expresses activity, service program to form a complete set, and appraisal method of empower place meets the service program for the related worker to refer.
