However, this kind of protest is often regarded as a "NIMBY complex" performance, which means the actions are selfish, emotional and irrational. And the public also government regarde them as ignorant and rude.
In fact, local people have the ability to handle the complex scientific or legal issues, from generation to generation and can be accumulated life experience into a professional organized union on their own and have the "knowledge competition" with the Government or technology community someday.
The research compared the local people at different periods the actions taken by the strategy. The result found that the local people have diversification strategy, organization and refine the tendency of the field movement from outside the system to gradually shift system. This trend on behalf of the people have sufficient knowledge and ability to develop and implement the strategy, with the potential of leading to the incident. The result also found that apart from "selfish" the native identity, the local people engaged in protests in the process, and we can turn the other areas of concern environmental issues and engage in more friendliness to the environment of conduct.
