| Summary: | 碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 觀光休閒事業管理研究所 === 96 === Taiwan’s green building assessment index was called EEWH system (Ecology, Energy saving, Waste reduction, and Health). The purpose of study was to investigate the green building home-stay of EEWH system in the Taitung area, which is located at the tropical eastern part of Taiwan. To probe into the home-stay research that development of green building for the green building assessment index of this research, analyze in the general the home-stay that worked out developmental plan, design, building materials apparatus, construction technology, management and administration. Put into 9 items of green building assessment index which assessed the indicator of green building.Through field investigation from October to November for township personal farmland located in, county of Taitung, to confirm that can go on and deepen the discussion to assess objectively in this green building of the home-stay developing cases.
The time of interview wass from October to November of 2007, interviewees of green building home-stays included Hongqiaof, Pool Heart Pavilion, etc. and designers of engineering company of KANAZAWA, architects of engineering company of Dragon; expectation of the study could visit 6 green building home-stays owners and 2 experts, and share their build experiences and assess in order to define green building assessment index implement on green building home-stays.
The conclusions in this study:
1. Through avoided assessing the item and adjusted for the indicators, change into 5 indicators, greenness, basement protect water, daily energy-conservation, carbon dioxide decrement and water resource indicators. After interview of green building homestay owners and design experts, they all passed 5 green building assessment index actual conditions.
2. Implement with the homestay management those only two owners of Hongqiao, Pool Heart Pavilion admited and thought Homestay Actsis to manage ecological resources naturally effectively, to prevent the nature ecology from being destroyed.
3. KANAZAWA, Grace, Chinese juniper and Jilin Garden owners needs to go for revision, if the total amount was controlled will interfere with the field of Libreville, let the home-stay owners that have lose competitiveness, service quality of the home-stay of whole member of a nationality.
4. The area of applying limits and so-called subsidiary business model to need revising, because the area was large and apted to rise and build cost, must manage with enterprise way at the same time.
5.The six green building home-stays were independent business model.And Taitung will build green building home-stays in the future, we also offered regional geography, climate、 the home-stay management and policies and 5 item indicator strategies.
