Not only offering the maintenance and management of buildings and environment but also combines logistics with information system to provide much perfect life service and create the value of buildings. Due to this industry is at a discount by the people, the related researches are rare. The impression of the industry to society still stays at the low level labor services. Some of the service providers have cut prices for existence but this has hurt and made the worse situation for the industry. Therefore, the purpose of this research discusses that the improvement of service quality and business continuity for the industry.
According to the analyses of references and the opinions of interview, the key successful factors are generalized. Through "Expert questionnaire" from enterprise decision maker of this industry, the results of analysis and statistics can be concluded.
There are 8 key successful factors can be concluded from this research results which are capital of society, capacity of execution to the education training, strict supervision and assessment to the employees, creation of the standard of procedures, healthy finance structure, the abilities of quick personnel dispatch and collection, public praise, the attempts of enterprise keeper, etc.. Expect that the conclusions can give suggestions to the industry and improve the service quality and competition for the industry.
