Under today's competition atmosphere, will the occupation rate of market become the best indicator of the market influence power ? In the world of not having eternal enemy, hostile enterprise in one, at the same time may be mutual supplier, competitor and customer, it could be necessary to lose in a short time to set up long term successful essential condition .With the tradi-tional analysis of strategies (prescription), it is unable to meet the demands of enter-prise. This research is a scenario planning of School of Continuing Education ac-cording to the executives' strategies and visions. We try to measure the fit-ness between environmental chance and organization resources .By scenario planning , it can improve the shortcoming of traditional planning and also offer the organization some effective strategies answering the future trend of the markets. Through the case study way, this research is based on the advocating and sugges-tion of documents, putting forward the foundation of the situation simulation and the structure of planning and designing, hope to find out and confirm the result that the theory advocates from real case study.
