| Summary: | 碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 藝術研究所美術組碩士在職專班 === 96 === Creating art work is an unexpected process in life. In order for a concept to completely form, the process is often interwoven with joy and suffering. Take travelers and poets as examples, we can see that their power to touch people’s hearts come from their arduous journeys and flourished literary devices. As for myself, I utilize the information (colors, shapes, and forms) that I receive from my eyes and turn them into visual forms. Then, I use the concept of Post-Cubism in my research of buildings and landscapes paintings. Lastly, I use paint brush to visualize the subjective image and feelings in my heart just like the spirits of travelers and poets.
The themes of this dissertation are buildings and landscapes paintings, including the utilization of Post-Cubism in the paintings. I hope to create touching paintings according to my own life experiences and thoughts. The appeal of art comes from various themes and the freedom of exploration, which in turns allow people to enjoy in what the artists are trying to convey. I also hope that my audience can indulge in my art work and can really perceive the beauty of them. This dissertation is formed from my personal experiences on creating buildings and landscapes paintings, which also make me understand the vitality in creating art work. Through the concept of Post-Cubism, I discover the hidden values of buildings and landscapes.
This dissertation’s research methods are based on “The Building in natural environment” to confer & create anything concerned about “art vision, anesthetics, philosophy, psychology, history, culture background, and the difference between east and west…etc.”. So, this dissertation’s research methods include following 5 methods: “ information collecting” , “detailed analysis”, “competitive analysis”, “self-experience method”, “photo-record analysis”.
This dissertation follow 2 directions include theory and creation. It can divide to 5 chapters: Chapter 1. Prolegomenon.Chapter 2. Post-cubism’s creative theory & theory base.Chapter 3. Buildings in landscapes paints’ display form.Chapter 4. Self-Creation Analysis.Chapter 5. Conclusion.
I also hope I can successfully convey my concepts and ideas in creating art work and anticipate the comments and corrections given by all the audience.
