Summary:碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 應用化學研究所 === 96 === A novel substrate-free cylinder-shaped resistive-type humidity sensor was fabricated by one step extruding and molding technique based on composite materials of SiO2 / 3-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propane –sult -anic acid (SiO2/PAMPS) and SiO2 / poly-[3-(methacrylamino)propyl] trimethyl ammonium chloride (SiO2/PMAPTAC). Characterizations of the cylinder-shaped device were performed by optical microscope and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The sizes of the cylinder-shaped devices affected the hysteresis were investigated. Other sensing properties such as the sensitivity, linearity, effects of applied voltage and frequency, ambient temperature and response and recovery times were also studied.
