Description
Summary:碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 勞動學研究所 === 96 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of the incorporation knowledge networking teaching model on the learning effectiveness achieved by the college students in the course of human resource management. This study, using a quasi research experimental method, was conducted in an 16-week period. The experiment was conducted on two junior-year classes of the Labor and Human Resource department at the Chinese Culture University. Before the experimental teaching, the whole sample was given a human resource basic skill test, which would enable the researcher to understand the differences between student’s basic skills and capability before carrying out the experimental teaching. In the process of experiment, the experimental group was given knowledge networking teaching method while the control group was given traditional teaching method. After 16 weeks of experimental teaching, the whole samples was administered a Learning Attitudes Measurement Scale and Post-Learning Achievement Test on human resource management. Lastly, the test data was analyzed by statistical methord and this comparative study will serve as a reference for teaching in the future. This study adopted independent-samples t-test, single factor ANCOVA, and descriptive statistical techniques to test the hypotheses of research. The conclusions are described below: As to different instructional methods, on the six aspects of learning attitudes: identification with the curriculum, identification with the learning method, teacher-student interaction, identification with the teaching method, and learning motivation and the entirety learning attitude, the knowledge networking teaching method was superior to traditional teaching method. On the aspect of confidence in human resource management, there existed no significant differences between the knowledge networking teaching method and traditional teaching method. The knowledge networking teaching method was superior to traditional teaching method in students’ performance on the test of human resource management. The knowledge networking teaching method was superior to traditional teaching method on the three aspects of teaching goals: knowledge apprehending, knowledge using and the entirety teaching goal. on the aspect of knowledge, there existed no significant differences between the knowledge networking teaching method and traditional teaching method. Keywords: knowledge networking, learning attitudes, learning achievement
