However, it is believed that the creativity research can be extended to other relevant fields. Therefore, this study explores how the creativity research can be applied into five helping working areas with the qualitative research approach, including clinical psychology, counsel psychology, social work, nurse who is spiritual field and employment person who coach working field. I have conducted semi-structured interviews to interview 15 participants who have participated in helping working. The 15 participants were asked about their experiences on helping others. The semi-structured interviews were conducted to explore the factors that influence helping working participants’ creative idea generation, to enhance helping working participants’ awareness on how creativity can be used to engage in the helping working, and to facilitate participants’ self-development by breaking out participants’ original framework of thinking. It is altogether five elements to influence helper`s creativity, including Self, Others, Environment and Change. Helper own motive, personality, prepare against knowledge, support of others and discuss, organize restriction of system, it is important element, and it is duplicated with other creative theories, but in this creativity to study, I find uniquly it is helper and the cases between interdynamic, It is great the key to influencing creativity, and it will impel helper to give play creativity. And the course that can find help working creativity is a section of trains of thought from this studying , not phased. In the different starting points, each helper will bring the question into creative course world, I find after putting the course of 15 participants in order and summing up that concern the interdynamic way and solve with the problem, and reach break-through of frame and top two further, but person who break through, helper will think oneself, grow up while being self. And is helper creative improvement research, there is no specific way which can improve creativity certainly, but it does not give up to the case without deviating from the helper, helper pondering over one's own, sincere response and expansion life style to improve helper’s influence element that creativity needing. So helping working as creativity, it is a mobile course, pass the helper and the cases between each other interdynamic, and it is influenced by personality and external environment, let helper break through passing experience try to create meaning linking and behavior, let the case grow up, and let one's own acquisition of the helper grow up too.
