This study is aimed at discussing the influential factors between the depth of vertical integration and the effectiveness of the electronic commerce introduction. The other topic to be discussed is the result and the benefit that a company would get from the introduction of electronic commerce.
By the research, this study tries to understand the development of electronic commerce, and the primary element of using electronic commerce in enterprise; and than find the case to attest to conclusions, finally, we proved the propositions by the performance.
The finding include electronic commerce can make the cost of enterprise to decrease. By using information analysis it can expand turnover volumes, effective to manage customer, products and stocks; vertical integration can change mode of business, it makes a single value chain to become a complete value system, vertical integration let frameworks of enterprise integrated, and electronic commerce can develop complete in this environment.
