Description
Summary:碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 藝術研究所 === 96 === I deeply understand that only by further exploration and pursuit on the aspect of thought can we realize how arduously Bonnard finished each work in his painting and creation. Especially in his portrayals, Marthe, whom he met at the age of 21, became one of the main subject matters in his works. I tightly hold his key point, “ The atmosphere of the work is beyond everything”, which indicates that building the atmosphere of the work is the most significant. It depends on the description of the spiritual outlook. Everything resorts to invisible. And people can feel the tenacious, mighty sentiment within. It’s not easy to produce such kind of works. It takes life to appreciate, takes thoughts to fuse, and takes action to put into practice. Recently Dr. Hsu explained that a painting should have its “flavor”, which comes from continuous painting of the painter. Working hard on paintings will finally harvest. According to the Bible, “ Heart is the wellspring of life.” Now that the thought of paintings is specific, and the target is definite, then I will forget what is behind and strain toward what is ahead. May it be a mutual encouragement.
