Besides, make the different concentration of sample by changing the Benzodiazepine of RFL dipping system to observe the adhesion. It uses the variation of the contact angle to analyze the absorption of high strength polyester fabric which indirectly proves that the dents produced after plasma treatment will increase the absorption.
The result shows that with the Resorcinol value of RFL at 4.0%, 8hours has the most steady in adhesion. The fabric under O2 plasma treatment for 240W、time 180 (sec) , the fabric of adhesion between cloth to cloth and cloth to rubber can highest compare to the fabric without agent, the fabric of adhesion between cloth to cloth and cloth to rubber can raise 84.6% and 83.3%. And for the Ar plasma treatment for 240W、time 180 (sec) , the fabric of adhesion between cloth to cloth and cloth to rubber can raise 57.7% and 60.8%.
