This experiment is to analyze the degree of fiber damage when in contact with our daily use detergent. We used different instruments to observe fiber's structure that was damaged. The result shows that when fibers in different solution, the degree of fiber damage is advanced as the time of soaking increase, the damages include: the degree of fiber's crystallization decreased, the ageing of fiber's surface, fiber swelling caused the decreases of fiber's strength, thermal degradation, and far-infrared radiation rate. In this experiment, we can see that the degree of fiber damage with chlorine bleach liquor is more than abstergent and Distilled water. The result shows that with fibers in the solution, fibers can suffer the destruction along with time increase, the destruction has: crystallinity drop, fibers surface ageing, fiber interior swelling, creates the fibers itself tension, Td and Far-infrared release have the drop the tendency, Td from 394℃ separately drops 393℃, 389℃ and 336℃, release rate from 0.89 separately drops 0.85,0.84 and 0.83, tension is soaks the distilled water and the fibers not different, but soaks the cleanser watery solution to drop to 0.220Kgf, soaks in NaClO solution to destroy quite seriously, the data is unable to present, the experiment may discover, the NaClO solution destructive power to be able strong which comes compared to the cleanser solution and the distilled water.
