How effectively use IT to improve traditional business models for food service/restaurant industry is the worth studying topic.This paper is focus on the application of an innovation service in Ubiquitous Customer Relationship Management which will improve customer relationship for food service/ restaurant industry. This research applies to the real time interaction of customers and industry. Ubiquitous CRM greatly promotes the customer satisfaction, marketing effective and helps industry speedily responses to market changes. Industry improves service quality, service style, customer loyalty and business advantages basis on customer demands. Experiment results reveal that Ubiquitous CRM is helpful for industry and customers.
