Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立聯合大學 === 化學工程學系碩士班 === 96 === Carbon nanotube (CNT) prepared from methane by chemical vapor deposition method with CoMo/MgO-catalyst. Then the synthesized CNTs were purified and activated under suitable conditions, original, purification, purification and activated, and along activated, were called, CNT-O, CNT-P, CNT-PA, and CNT-A, respectively. The physical properties, chemical properties, adsorption and electrochemical property were measured. Specific surface area, SEM, Raman and TEM were measured to determine the physical properties of those CNTs, and CNTs were purified can increased its BET surface area. The oxide functional group of CNTs according to temperature programmed desorption (TPD), CO2 and CO desorption amount of CNTs with KOH activation method were higher than other method. Compared with pseudo-first-order equation, pseudo-second-order equation, Elovich equation and intraparticle diffusion model were to test the adsorption kinetic; the adsorption of this work was best fitted by pseudo-first-order equation with power form. Cyclic voltammerter was employed to measure specific capacitance, CNTs with the aniline adsorption and electrochemical deposition can be significantly increased the electrochemical property.
