Most of researchers have studies the characteristics of a good leader, e.g., the habits of a vigorous mind are formed in contending With difficulty . In addition, there are many leadership styles are formulated , charismatic or goal leadership . This study extends recent leadership research in two ways . First , this work formulates the theoretical framework of how leaders make good judgment from a contingency approach . This model illustrates the influences of good leadership , and includes the affecting , expertise , and motivating capabilities With core value and personality . Second , this study uses six case studies to verify the proposed framework . These case studies include leaders ftom businesses , military and politics . Throughout this study , we use the terms positive and negative influences to refer to such effects , regardless of whether they are generated by specific events or by stable , underlying propensities toward such actions . The empirical evidence indicate the proposed framework can be used to analyze the capabilities of a good leader, and find that (1) since each event has different and specific attributes , the influences of good leadership vary , as Well as leadership behavior ; ( 2 ) the crisis in each contingency is valuable to train a good leader .
