First of all, the study uses ship structure to describe relational engineering knowledgebase. Pneumatic nail gun and CMP are employed to describe the relational engineering knowledgebase and the relational patent knowledgebase, actually perform the expanded application of new industries, and improve the access and search of knowledgebase. Apart from the additional increase of the carrier agent part in the innovation process, the study establishes a virtual relational knowledgebase, and uses JAVA program language to write the structure of virtual relational engineering knowledgebase.This structure possesses the expansion of both multilayered knowledgebase and multicolumn knowledgebase. Before the application of virtual relational engineering knowledgebase, users have to understand the knowledge structure of this carrier, and what knowledge, formulas, diagrams … etc. the carrier has. After a rearrangement is made, these results are entered layer by layer to the virtual relational engineering knowledgebase. The virtual relational engineering knowledgebase established by this sutdy can be applied to the expansion of engineering knowledge and patent knowledge。 This sutdy adds carrier agent to the original innovation process, and establishes virtual relational knowledgebase so as to strengthen the functions of innovation process. As to the issue mentioned above, the future users will find a better knowledge correlation inside the engineering knowledgebase and patent knowledgebase in use, and will achieve a more convenient search of knowledge in the innovation process. Besides, this sutdy improves the access and search of knowledgebase, and applies the virtual relational knowledgebase designed by this study to undertake preliminary search in order to improve the searching speed of the traditional knowledgebase.
