First, we are to have a look at the key material (Battery Cell) and the End-Customer (HP, Asus), to understand the supply chian. Then, we are to discuss how a company form successful strategies and built a flexible orgzation to conquer the globe-competetion and acheve the extremely high growth rate. Lestly, to discovery the relations between “Organization Strategy and Structure Change” and ”Continueous growth”. A long personal working experience in this industry and a wild consulting on professional reports were considered. There are 7 conclusions , 1. The entry barriers of Notebook battery pack. 2. Well control of the Supply chian. 3. Cost-down Solutions to the coutinueous cost-up materials. 4. Forcus to the core competence of Notebook battery pack. 5. Control of the key material. 6. The flexablility and globalization of organization. 7. The alternative of key material. All these angles are surely determineing the continueous success of a notebook battery pack company.
