First, we are to have a look at the key material (Battery Cell) and the End-Customer (HP, Asus), to understand the supply chian. Then, we are to discuss how a company form successful strategies and built a flexible orgzation to conquer the globe-competetion and acheve the extremely high growth rate. Lestly, to discovery the relations between “Organization Strategy and Structure Change” and ”Continueous growth”.
A long personal working experience in this industry and a wild consulting on professional reports were considered.
