In the past, the measurement usually use the Photoelectric Colorimeter to implement the correction work, but problems are expensive prices and the instrument limit measure speed, measure only single level at the same time. This paper proposes a low-cost method for measuring Gamma curve by utilizing low-cost CMOS sensors to replace expensive color measuring instrument. Due to the low cost of CMOS sensor, we use multiple sensors to achieve fast measurement by measuring multi-level patterns at the same time. The experimental result shows that there is only 3.20% maximum error and 2.08% average error between proposed method and measuring instrument K10, and half of measuring time can be effectively saved by using two CMOS sensors.
