What performance effect to mobile operators by different strategies? The major direction of this thesis is to find out the key success factors of telecommunications industry by case study of qualitative methods. Summarize the strategies of key successful factors and review the performance effect from strategy activities in study cases by the theory of Michael E. Porter. Also, summarize the opinions and comments from mobile telecommunication experts. Connect the relationship between company strategies and key successful factors in Telecommunications Industry.
