Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 高分子系 === 96 === This study concerns the applications of nano-sized magnetic carries in blood compatibility. Alginate Sodium was immobilized on Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles. So as to investigate the preparation conditions, product properties, and the performances and the analysis in hemocompatibility.
The investigateion begins with adding alginate sodium to Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles . The magnetic nanoparticles were found to interact both with Fe2+ and Fe3+ in an ammonia solution , forming carboxyl groups and Ammonium groups of the magnetic carrier when treating under hydrothermal conditions. From the analyses of TEM, WAXS and SQUID magnetism, there is no obvious change in structure and superparamagnetic characteristics of magnetic nanoparticles after binding alginate. The analyses of FTIR, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) also confirms the binding of alginate to magnetic nanoparticles , suggesting the mechanism of alginate. The magnetic nanoparticles we get, from the investigateion is embodied with following properties : (1) with absence of pore-diffusion resistance and high specific volume, which enable itself to adsorption/desotption HSA was achievable within 10 mins.(2) with carboxyl groups which is unable adhesion of blood platelet in the short time, and in blood hemoglutination time was greatly elongated.
