Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 高分子系 === 96 === This research is about fibrillar microstructure of Gecko-foot hairs with high density horn . First experiment method uses one ITO glass substrate and it has been rubbing to have micro plow groove strcture and it was combined with another ITO glass substrate which PS-nano particle solution spin-coating on . The cell was heated above temperature of Tg,with concurrent offering additional voltage to it and it will generate huge electricfield. We via electrostatic technique theorem induses PS film to change its conformation to biomimetic fibrillar structure. The purpose of it was to mimic fibrillar microstructure of gecko foot-hair and make this device possesses certain adhesion as same as gecko’s . Second experiment method uses thin film fabricates by combining PS solution with MWNTS and we coating PDMS on this film . In the vacuum and harden for one day, we separate glass and PDMS ,and then observe its surface structure. This research is about polymer film mimicking fibrillar surface microstructure of Gecko-foot hairs.
