| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 96 === The research used a case study for PIM (Public Innovation Market) of Epson Taiwan. It discussed about how to develop the innovation mechanism and scheme and methods for organization. A platform set up the communication language applicable to all innovated inside enterprises through offering the intention is practiced, and put forward the contribution of innovation for the organization.
The successful factors of business's innovation mechanism and scheme were summarized as following six points: 1.Taking the lead to participate in and promise, it is made that there is index nature in promoting the innovation scheme inside enterprises of the chieftain. 2. Set up and promote the corporate culture of innovation inside enterprises. Build the atmosphere innovated inside enterprises, can encourage the staff and propose the innovative idea. 3. Enterprises administrate the staff about pursuing the system of education and training with perfect innovation scheme of enterprise. 4. Contribute and offer the plural incentive system to innovating, offer the inducement of the essence to the staff. 5. Enterprises administrate the staff intelligently the guarantee of the ownership of property promise; let the staff and enterprise have impression that honors coexist altogether. 6. Enterprise's innovation scheme must be promoted constantly; the ones that could guarantee that enterprises innovate are managed continuously.
