For 20 years, Asia's retail trade passes through many transformations. Taiwan's retail trade already evolved forrichly, is more splendid ,also more specialized life industry. Thetraditional retail trade must completely change the original traditional management pattern and the method. 2005 is the Taiwan retail trade facing the severe elimination series important time. At present the retail trade each kind of management pattern tended to the mature stage. All must face a meager profit to surpass competition the time. These years, many are unable to adapt the Taiwan market environment industry all in abundance to withdraw from the Taiwan city are the best proofs. The operator wants to continue forever the management namely to have unceasingly to face the environment and competition suddenly fierce change the high challenge . Simultaneously must in the limited resources, the cost surge upward with the consumer likes under the changeable environment creating a higher earning and the profit.Facing unceasingly promotes the new commodity , We must in limited sell the field area, tries to find solution to attract consumer's vision, then causes them to purchase. The best and correct Merchandises strategy is meets the customer need first step. But, the consumer when sells the field selects and purchases, usually is the penetration unceasingly browses with the consideration onlythen under decides. The consumer frequently because a good goods management and the exhibition skill cause them to be moved, further facilitates the consumer to have the purchase motion. This research is by three 3C electrical appliances store: Chose in the function to be allowed to match the use together the Relation commodity (Earphone and sound). We use for four weeks, each week change different exhibition way, Then, reads again from the POS system takes the sales material, further carries on the analysis. This research conclusion: The discovery the relation commodity will exhibit in together, moreover will place in original commodity group neighbor can facilitate the consumer to purchase.
