When the product is in the design, handling analysis work seriously, listing all failures and bad effects in the system beforehand, and advances safeguard and solution plan. It can make preventive effect and decrease cost in failures assuredly. In this research, introduction TS16949 and Failure Mode and Effect analysis (FMEA), analyses how to operate FMEA in actual example Supplementary Restraint System (SRS). It is significant improved effect that FMEA operate in the Supplementary Restraint System (SRS).
