The value of an enterprise no more be presented by accounting only. An enterprise utilizes the information technology to control its own assets included personnel, suppliers, investors and customers’ relationship to achieve enterprise’s value. The extent of IT utilization also represents an enterprise’s competitiveness. Depend on E-Business and methodology of operation control, this study presented the frame of E-Business and opposite value activities to make sure the positive effect to nowadays the industrial environment. And also be a reference for future project development in relative industries.
