Internet activities and demanding becomes a critical subject, due to diversified web media available in our surroundings. The backgrounds of this research mainly focus to understand the correlation between web media demanding, social relationship and media literacy among collage students in Taiwan. Furthermore, it is to validate the mediation effect of social relationship over web demanding and media literacy. The results from study are as follows:1.The social standing of college students are directly influenced by their personality, family background and their working experience.2.The average male college students have higher media literacy rating than female college students. This is probably due to the fact that male are more rational minded than the female students.3.Media literacy of internet media can only be improved via interpersonal interaction. By analyzing the different characteristics, interrelationship and media literatcy of the two media (traditional, internet), this research will assist the media industry and academia to gain more insight of the internet media.
