He examined the roles taken on by the individuals, what the different aspects of these roles are, how the individuals interpret these roles, and how the individual distances himself or herself from the role. He explained how individuals go through their lives like actors on a stage playing out their roles for others. In recent years, the food and beverage industry in Taiwan has been developing vigorously, and gradually becoming the primary one. In addition, many delicacies reports and cook-off promulgate that people sufficiently value it; however, in order to become the best one in the food and beverage industry, except for the food innovation and the delicacy, the dining servers standing in first line in restaurants are more important, and the service become an important link in the food and beverage industry. The food and beverage industry starts focusing on the service rather than just selling the food which conforms to the experience demands of modern life. The purpose of this thesis is to examine the dining severs’ work in T. G. I.
