In regard to this, the fisherman association should actively give the fisherman help to improve the difficulty faced by fishery, and if want to reach the goal, the qualities of employee of fisherman association plays a great role. Consequently, if the fisherman association want to attract an excellent talent, the system of salary and the prize and punishment in the organization should be complete, and can stir up the employee''s work results. Consequently, the purpose of this study is inquire into 1. The double relations of the employee’s salary account points and the operation profit and loss ; 2.Employee for fisherman association’s internal salary with investigate the viewpoint of prize and punishment, and the design of this study to the opinion of the prize and punishment inducement .
This study collecting what to make use of at the data of the objective layer is up to 93-95 years of " The superintended work report of fisherman association in Taiwan ", whether the fisherman association of the profit and loss produce notable positive effect through each variable to analysis employee''s salary account points. In the aspect of model setting, we analysis by fixed effect model(Fixed Effect Model);Collecting the data of the subjective layer what this study make use of is the way that issues a questionnaire and include province fisherman association at inside totally issue for 40 area fishings to understand employee for the viewpoint of the system of the salary and the prize and punishment in the personnel laws, and for the opinion of salary and prize and punishment inducement by this research, at the model enactment, we use the Ordered Probit random effect model(Random Effect Ordered Probit Model) to analyze the subjective cognition of emplyees.
