| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 教育學系(所) === 97 === This paper aimed to explore the relationship between user acceptance and self-efficiency of basic computer operation among on-line property-management system users in prefectural units of Pingtung. There were 4 purposes of this study, including: (1) to understand how the acceptability for prefectural machineries and school assignees of different background variables to use the prefectural (city) on-line property-management system. (2) to plumb the self-efficacy of basic computer operation among those who used the prefectural (city) on-line property-management system. (3) to comprehend the relationship between the self-efficacy of computer and the acceptance of prefectural (city) on-line property-management system among the users of on-line property-management system. (4) there would be some suggestions presented for the competent authority based on the research results.
The research used questionnaire survey, and took the users of on-line property-management system among Pingtung prefectural machineries and school as objects of study with purposive sampling which finally took 190 samples, 156 of them were effective samples with 124 teachers and 32 non-teachers. The survey instrument included the Self-efficacy Scale of Basic Computer Operation compiled by Shen-wen and the questionnaire on “user’s acceptance of prefectural property management system” compiled by the author. Then, the data acquired by those research methods would be analyzed by descriptive statistics, F-test, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and linear regression analysis to testify the hypotheses. The conclusions were as follows:
1. The user’s acceptance of prefectural (city) property-management system among those users was quite well, but still left much to be desired.
2. As to the differences of user’s acceptance among those whose background variables were differentiation, only “searching for the property management” reaches significant level of differentiation.
3. In regard to the differentiation of self-efficacy of basic computer operation among those whose background variables were different, all but “the seniority of employment” were significant differential.
4. Self-efficacy of basic computer operation and user’s acceptance were significantly related.
5. User’s acceptance could be predicted by self-efficacy of basic computer operation.
Based on the research results, the study presented some concrete suggestions to competent authority of property management, educational administration machinery, schools, elementary teachers and future researches.
