碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 教育學系(所) === 97 === The purpose of this study is intended to find out how Web-Based Portfolio Assessment Environment influence elementary school students’ learning behavior and attitude. The content of portfolio and the definition of learning behavior were discussed in this study. And the implementation method of Web-Based Portfolio Assessment Environment and course were designed according to the results. The data of students’ behaviors and attitudes in the Web-Based Portfolio Assessment Environment were collected from interviews, classroom observations, students’ digital portfolio and records of the Web-Based Environment. The results of the study demonstrate that students spend more time studying with Web-Based portfolio assessment at home and have better achievement of writing, reading and replying to learning diaries. The learning process of Web-Based Portfolio Assessment can improve students’ relationship with others and help them to develop critical thinking. And self-identity and feedback from classmates encourage students to improve their portfolios. The speed of network, playing computer game, and writing ability all have great influences on students’ learning attitude and academic performance.
