Summary:碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 教育學系(所) === 97 === The main purpose of this study was to study the current status in terms of environmental knowledge, environmental attitude and environmental behavior of the four and six graders in elementary school at Chijin District, Kaohsiung City. For research purpose, 490 four and six graders in elementary school at Chijin District, Kaohsiung City, were included as sample students. Researcher adopted the “Survey Questionnaire“ to collect related data. The data were analyzed by applying descriptive statistics, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, Scheffe's method and Pearson product-moment correlation. The main conclusions were summarized as follows: 1.The average score of the environmental knowledge was 11.39 points, and the proportion of the correct answers was 67.2%. The average score of the environmental attitude was 60.31 points, and the proportion of it was 83.76%. The average score of the environmental behavior was 66.77 points, and the proportion of it was 74.19%. 2.As regard to environmental knowledge,environmental attitude and environmental behavior at elementary schools at Chijin District, Kaohsiung City, there were significant differences between different graders. The six graders scored obviously higher than the four graders in environmental knowledge and environmental attitude;however, the four graders scored obviously higher than the six graders in environmental behavior. There were no much difference in terms of gender, parental ethnic groups and family social economic status in three of them. 3.As for the four and six graders, there is a significant positive correlation in terms of environmental knowledge, environmental attitude and environmental behavior. 4.The analysis of the open-form questions shows the following result: All the four and six graders have shared perception and opinion that “air pollution”, “garbage pollution” and “ water pollution ” are the most serious environmental problems in Chijin District, Kaohsiung City.
