The main purposes were as the following: 1. To understand the present condition of their awareness of time management 2. To investigate their interference and difficulty factors of time management 3. To analyze their strategy application of time management 4. To provide available suggestions for the educational administration authority In order to achieve the purposes above, this research had methodologically adopted document analysis and questionnaire survey to public elementary teachers concurrently holding administrative posts in Kaohsiung County.「The Questionnaire of the Time management of the Elementary Teachers Concurrently Holding Administrative Posts」 was completed by 406 valid samples, statistic methods applied were frequency distribution, percentage, Chi-Square test, T-test, One-Way ANOVA. The conclusions were as the following: 1. The teachers who concurrently hold administrative posts were generally with good awareness of time management. 2. The main cause interfering time management of the teachers who concurrently hold administrative posts was superabundant teaching and administration evaluation. 3. There was significant difference in the interfering factors of time due to the difference of gender, marital status, position, school attributes and scale of school. 4. The main difficulty factor of time management of the teachers who concurrently hold administrative posts was lack of time management training course and program. 5. The difficulty factors of time management of the teachers who concurrently hold administrative posts varied distinctly according to gender. 6. The strategies applied to time management of the teachers who concurrently hold administrative posts were generally well done. 7. The time management strategies used by the teachers who concurrently hold administrative posts varied distinctly according to the difference of gender, position, administration seniority and scale of school.
