English Abstract
This research mainly explored the process of how to construct the multicultural environment for early childhood classrooms. Through participating in the activities like: decoration of classrooms, teaching activities, and parent teacher cooperation, children will become inquisitive by appreciation of such activities, and they also become interested in such environment by touch of novelties; furthermore, through the explorations of festivals from different countries, provinciality, the distinction of diverse languages and characters, teachers become aware of original nationality of the children’s foreign parents; through facilitating Parent Teacher Cooperation, parents themselves will then have more opportunities to contact and communicate with other parents.
The objectives of this research are as follow: 1. to study the strategies and procedures while teachers constructing multicultural environment classrooms. 2. To study the change among teachers, children, and teaching process. 3. To introspect the importance of teachers’ professionalism in the multicultural education.
