To analyze what is the job satisfaction of a trainee, and the different personal background, whether to have the influence to its job satisfaction. And hoped that by the results of study, understood influence job satisfaction correlation factor, possibly discovers in view of it in accordance to it road, provides the hotel trainee promote plan and the suggestion the job satisfaction. The study population was 900 trainee and people of cooperative education in the international tourist hotels. Data were collected by utilizing convenience sampling. 432 Valid questionnaires of 483 were obtained. The data were analyzed by using t-tests, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficient methods. The results of statistical findings: (1)Because the trainee were job satisfaction the sex to have a difference differently about intrinsic and the overall job satisfaction construction surface, demonstrated that job satisfaction the feminine will be higher than the male.(2)Because the trainee were job satisfaction the practice training number of months to have a difference differently” about intrinsic, external and the overall job satisfaction construction surface, demonstrated that the practice training time “1-4 months” the job satisfaction will be higher than “for 9-12 months”. (3)Because the trainee were job satisfaction the department to have a difference differently” about intrinsic and the overall degree of satisfaction construction surface, demonstrated that practice training unit customer service department the job satisfaction will be higher than housekeeping department. Based on the conclusions, few recommendations and suggestions were offered for future research and practice.
