Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 自然資源與環境管理研究所在職專班 === 96 === The Purpose of this article is to clarify the basis of production and consumption based on measurement of the difference in carbon dioxide emissions, which can be identified the responsibility to global carbon dioxide emissions in Taiwan. In this study, measurement methods to evaluate the overall economic variables of unit root and co-integration, and deduced the basis of production and consumption of environmental Kuznets Curve (1992~2006). The analysis result as follows: (1) no matter the emissions of carbon dioxide or the carbon intensity, the consumption based computation carbon dioxide emissions is lower than production based computation, (2) there are negative CO2 emission contribution to the world in Taiwan’s net export activities, (3) The slope of EKC of consumption baes is less than production baes EKC which means consumption baes EKC is becoming relative decoupling in Taiwan.
