Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 通訊工程研究所 === 98 === In this paper, the design of maximally flat fractional delay filters is discussed. We proposed a new method for designing maximally flat digital filters at two frequencies. By relaxing the delay requirement and compensating the phase response, our method makes coefficients of filters be real and further improves magnitude response greatly. In this paper, we discuss the designs of FIR filters and those of IIR filters respectively. In terms of the experimental results, our method makes the magnitude response approximate ideal magnitude response very well, that is, approximate the ideal value, unity. As to IIR filters, on the other hand, only the special case is discussed when a denominator of transfer function equals to the numerator of transfer function. In such case, maximally flat digital filter at two frequencies is actually an all-pass filter, and it is assured that magnitude response of all-pass is ideal. What’s more, our proposed filters provide the effects of relaxing delay requirement on frequency response and further solves the best delay combination.
