| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 公共行政暨政策學系 === 96 === National Palace Museum first time uses the contracting-out mode to operate the special loan exhibition “Splendor of the Baroque and Beyond：Great Habsburg Collectors Masterpieces”. The study is taking the principal-agent model and public-private partnerships as the analysis way, and using the case study method to discuss three questions：First, how to evade adverse selection and moral hazard in the principal-agent mode. Second, how to develop the partnerships between the government and private organization. Third, discussing how the two models interact in the reality.
