Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 會計學系 === 96 === This study uses the variables of per operating income, people expense,R&D expense rate, capital expenditure rate, liability rate, convertible bond rate,internal capital rate, and cash stock rate to build corporate valuation models-Tobin’s Q and stock price Models. The models are applied to the data of the Taiwan stock market from 2002 to 2006 to investigate how the corporate value is influenced by the above variables.
The main findings of this study are as follows: First, the per operating income and people expense are positively correlated with corporate value.Second, the R&D expense rate and capital expenditure rate are positively correlated with corporate value. Final, the internal capital is negatively correlated with corporate value.
