| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 法律學系一般生組 === 96 === This thesis comprises six chapters,mainly study on Taiwan、Chian and International convention about ship oil pollution damage compensation institutions.Chapter Two analyze the frame of International convention,and get the latest trend. Recently,China economic situation flies,and oil need getting much；so ship oil pollution accident frequently occuron the coast.Besides,China is the member of the Protocol to the International Convention on Civil Liability for Oil Pollution Damage，1992, Chapter Three introces the ship oil pollution compensation institutions relative disputes,for realizing International convention on practicing circumstances.Chapter Four introduces the ship oil pollution compensation institutions of our country,and compare with the Chapter Two and Chapter Three,For understanding the shortcomings of the ship oil pollution compensation institutions of our country.Besides,this chapter take the「Amorgos」oil pollution accident for example,analyze the litigation process.At last, Chapter Five combind other chapters,to get the revision of our country’s law for more perfect.
