Nowadays Asia had become the most important production base for global market. Taiwan is also acting good and important role, especially in mechanical industry. Taiwanese mechanical industry is leading in the world; however foundry industry is backbone of mechanical. We expect the foundry could through good channel function to getting good performance foundry specific chemical, it will easy to maintain good quality casting and enhance the industry level of mechanical.
The foundry industry is highly competition now, and it’s to win the market is becoming the interactive of all channel members. Accordingly the study would like to built research model to show「The key factor of maintaining channel relationship-Case of foundry specific chemical」to explain the Channel function, Relationship quality and Relation maintain intension。
The proposal is tested using LISREL on data collected from Taiwanese foundry supply chain members. This research expects could find out the key factors to maintain the partnership, and give reference for future research. From the view of channel and customer to know how they get higher relation maintain intension to WIN-WIN the market.
This study gets several results. First, channel function will get positive impact to customer relationship quality. Second, customer relationship will have positive impact to relation maintain intension. Third, relationship quality has indirect effects between channel function and relation maintain intension.
